On a pris le train de Chengdu à Chongqing avec cette appli. Réservation faite en dix minutes, billet reçu par mail très rapidement. À la gare, juste le passeport et ça roule. Le service est un peu plus cher qu'en direct mais franchement, ça vaut le coup.

Very convenient for non-Chinese speakers

I speak some Mandarin but still found 12306 confusing. This platform is much cleaner and fully in English. Prices are slightly higher than booking direct but the convenience is worth every penny.

Worked perfectly for our family trip
